The room was very impersonal, very unfriendly and not terribly comfortable.
Stools instead of chairs, loud, crowded and not at all welcoming.
A good mix of recreational and semi-pros/pros; Cash game was VERY aggressive --no choice but to grind and play "top5hands" only
The least friendly of all the rooms I played in; competent at dealing--but no personality or conversation
Getting information required tracking down a resource and getting their attention---and then only direct questions answered, didn't volunteer any helpful information
