My only diislike was the tournament area was in the casino area. Was noisy at times.
A number of players who were also playing the WSOP were playing here as well.
Very personable. Very professional. Only one small slip in the 5 hours I played that I saw. But was very minor.
Timely service when you could get their attention.
Any questions were answered quickly and politly.
