Dealers perform their jobs professionally. Bets and hands are ready properly. Game is well run. Floor is good.
Unfortunately the action in the games is tight and promotions are terrible...if you don't mind slowing bleeding chips and are not playing to make your rent money this isn't a bad poker room... Friendly atmosphere. Grand Sierra Resort is by far the best poker room to win money in no question about it. I spent time living in Reno and playing poker professionally twice and if you're trying to make money go to the GSR if you don't mind losing and paying 40% taxes if you ever get a piece of the nearly impossible bi annual bad beat jackpot by all means play here.
