I'm here quite often for about 9 months and here is an honest review of the poker room where I mostly play 2/3/5 NL.
The dealers and people working around the tables are all very professional and helpful. Happy hour between 3-6pm and 9-11pm is nice with cheaper drinks and food. 16oz beer is $4 and the food is absolutely tasty.
Under the tab 'Cash Games' you can see what games are open and the list is very accurate. If you want to play FL or NL there is always a game going. They also have Omaha HiLo. There is no PLO here.
As with all poker rooms there are some days/times there is difficult to get a seat, but if you show up between 10am-4pm on Mon-Fri or around noon during the weekend it is usually not a long wait. Around midnight it is also easy to get a seat any day. You can always call in asking how many tables of your level is open and if the line is long.
The games are full of action on 2/3/5 NL and every other pot is over 100 dollars with each 5th pot being 300+. This is easily the casino in the bay area with the most action at the tables with a lot of regulars that are not scared to put money in the pot. Also if the table agrees there is a bombpot of 20 dollars for every deal change each 40 min. Playing in Vegas a lot as well I would say the action at Bay101 is better than at any Vegas casino at 2/5 level.
Bad beat jackpot that starts at 50k if losing with quads using both cards for both players. They have also started a 1/2/3 NL game, but it is not running every day. Parking is not a problem. Rake on the 2/3/5 is 7(6+1) dollars per hand if there is a flop no matter the pot size.
If you are a tournament players, each day there is a Tourney starting 9am+ and it is done around 3pm and has between 50-70 players usually. Sundays 100+
And if the casino is not of your liking there is another 24/7 casino right across the street.
