Wow is this place busy! You can normally expect to wait for a table when you get here if you're a low limit $4-$8 like myself, up to about 30 minutes. Really not much of a room to speak of, it is just a roped off area jam packed with tables. Best thing about this place is all the pros you see. I was there with Gaggles at the start of April & saw at least 10 pros I recognized in 2 sessions. Got to see Gus Hansen play heads-up on with some rich european guy a couple tables over. It appears Gus took him for about $100,000 in 2.5 - 3 hours. Wow!
You get some decent players and some horrible players. I thought of myself as one of the better players at the table, so the competition must not be very good. Certainly nothing to be afraid of here, so go hang out for a session and see how the pros live.
Dealers here were some of the best I have ever encountered. They work all of the tables and all of the limits, so they deal to the pros, rich folk and peasants alike. Had a conversation with one lady dealer about her breasts, another guy discussed his thoughts on how various pros play he has dealt to. Very friendly, outgoing and fun. I certainly had not expected this at the $4/$8 table when these are the same people dealing to the heavy hitters. I guess it's just funny for them to watch guys like me play!
I need to qualify the good rating here. The actual service would be average at best. HOWEVER, the waitresses are unbelieveably attractive and you can get any kind of premium drink you like. If you lined these girls up you would think there was a beauty pagent going on. They are worth a visit to the Bellagio on their own. Enough said.
Considering the mayhem in this room, the managment does a pretty good job getting people seated. Only moderately friendly to a low limit player, but cordial.
No comps, no jackpots, no nothing. Did I mention the waitresses? Consider that your bonus!
PS - the Bellagio buffet if absolutely fantastic & well worth $20 for lunch.
