Tables looked brand new, smoke free, very clean look and smell. Better than any room I walked through the whole trip.
I played 8/16 three different nights. The first night was a very tight, conservative game. Second night I ran into a one loose cannon who played 90% of his cards, and just kept hitting garbage. Other than his unreal streak of chance, it was very good poker.
7 hours of play and I saw just 2 exposed cards. Most of the dealers were at least somewhat chatty, and very helpful in keeping the game moving. Only once was a floor manager called over, and it was a mistake made by a player, not the dealer.
I don't drink alcohol when I play, but no one around me was complaining, and I got my sodas and water as fast as I could ask for them.
Every host I dealt with was chatty, helpful, and very gracious. Never waited more than 10 minutes for a seat, and I've never felt so welcome in a poker room.
Can't comment as I didn't look into this.
