Never been treated so badly in my life!

Room was very nice.

I played at 3 different tables and 1 was tough 2 others were average. A few fish, but more good players than fish.

Most dealers were very good. One kept bugging me because I wasn't playing when I was on a stretch of terrible cards.

Our waitresses were very friendly and fast.

I had a bad run in with 2 poker shift managers... When I checked in I knew we wanted to play somewhere we could stay for the better part of the day. I inquired about the comp policy and was told $1-1.50 per hour. I then played the better part of the day (almost 8 hours when I stopped to ask for a comp), and was planning to use my comp dollars towards something for dinner. I was told rather rudely by a supervisor that I needed to come back later, he wasn’t ready to do any comps. And when I say rudely, I mean I don’t think I have ever heard that tone from any supervisor at any casino before unless they were trying to kick someone out of a casino. I was shocked to say the least and headed up to the podium to see who could help me. They sent me back there and I waited for 20 minutes while the dealers clocked in and out and then found Pete Popovich. I explained to him that I was looking to get a comp for the hours I had played today so that we could go eat and then come back. My husband was also playing but didn’t have his card and since no one offered any help as to where he could get a card he just decided to skip it this trip. (We told the podium when we checked in that he had a card, just didn’t have it on us and no one offered to either get him another card or show us where we could.) He told me that I needed at least 15 hours of play to get a comp. And that I needed to have played the previous day. I told him that I was told the comp rate at the beginning of the day and wasn’t told about prior play and a minimum and I think they need to train the staff better so they can set a better expectation. If I had the correct expectation from the beginning, this would have never happened. I asked a specific question, and I got a partial answer. I have never had any other poker room not issue a comp after all day play. He pretty much told me too bad. I told him that it wasn’t fair to treat players this way and that I would like a copy of the policy. He didn’t have anything to show me. Really, I felt that he didn’t think I was worth a minute of this time and that I wasn’t a local so treating me badly wouldn’t affect him. Then he did something that I will never forget. He decided to try to humiliate me. In a raised voice he pulled out his wallet and said here take this money and go buy your dinner. He tried to give me $8 in cash. He was trying to buy me off with $8. I just wanted the comp that I was told I would get if I played and he just wanted me out of his hair. I told him no thank you, I wanted a comp and I didn’t want to be treated this way, I asked for his card and left. My husband and I both then went back to our tables and picked up our chips and left.

They tell you they will give them, then when you go to collect don't, ready management rating for more info.
