This poker room has so much potential but continues to disappoint.
The wait list is not followed by the floor, people just walk by and sit without being checked in and this is allowed with an active wait list. More over when confronted about this they do nothing.
The scheduling of the dealers is clearly a problem as well. Ten dealers standing around at 11pm and you have a waitlist on every category on the board on a Monday. Not to mention you have 4 inactive floors standing around talking..
What I do is not give them my money. If I walk in and they allowed self seat with a list or have a wait list at 12pm, I don't play.
Head right back to the cage and tell them, let's try again another day.
With this, I do not buy drinks and or food, spend no money and do not leave disappointed. This means the employees receive no tips, sales or other. Over time this means less players, table breaks with open seats ... this will catch up with them and in part, it already has. The hard rock is just 68 minutes away with a much more professional operation. Good luck.
