This room just opened up and they hired completely incompetent floor and managers. The GM doesn't even speak English and I overheard a couple employees say that he borrowed money from them so that he could play in the cash game. There doesn't seem to be much organization at all either. Normal workers don't know the answers to simple questions and it feels like the employees are walking on eggshells. This place can survive they just need to fix somethings starting with the top of the chain.
