People playing on poker table do many sill things. Like yesterday on table 3 box 6 has put many cash chips on the tournament table, which confuses the other player who are sitting far away to see how many poker chips he has. I complained to the dealer, but looks like these dealers are very amateur and did not react, than i tried to call the inspector, he ignored my call, but on protest from other players some said it's ok, he removed the cash chips in his pocket. After 1 or 2 rounds my turn came to bet, i was sitting at box 2 i just called with one more chip of 100kr as it was my small blind, than dealer said no it is bet 700kr, i said no one announced this raise, the dealer is new, he did not announce raise properly, so i just said fold and my chip was gone, so far so good, in the meantime box 6 intentionally took the cash chips on the table, which i protested and asked for the inspector, funny thing, the inspector did not understand the whole matter as my fold and box 6 putting cash chips happened simultaneously, the inspector in spite of listening calmly and understand what is the matter he just said i can not play one round, ok i agreed but i still told him that box 6 is having cash chips on the table, can you please tell him to remove the chips, but looks like he was tired or what instead of listening and understanding he said now i leave the casino. Which i think is totally wrong, so i left and called the police help to check the cctv footage.
On next day 3 aug i called the casino office to tell the manager the facts, the girl replied that manager will come at 2 pm, than you can call him, i called at 2 pm the same floor manager took the phone and said i have called the police yesterday and he banged the phone. I came to casino, personally around afternoon, my ticket , yearly pass was blocked, i can not come to casino for 3 months, very strange i ask the security that as i can not come than i want to go to cashier and get my future 4 tournaments i have paid in advance. His reply was no no you cant get money back, he was also misunderstood, and started to give me funny explanations, any way i left without getting my money back for future tournaments.
Than from home i sent email to info mail and asked for cancelation of my prepaid tournaments.
The behaviour of the floor manager was funny and strange, i insist listening of cctv footage, i can't be bullied like that.
I am no. On rang list and i have 22500 value in my favour, i want that back, and i want mr Erik and police to look at the cctv footage . And i want that 3 months should be removed.
