The whole casino including the poker room is very beautiful spanning several floors. Drinks are not free and expensive. The dealers and staff are professional and do there job well (but a bit uptight). If you are used to poker rooms around the world you will find out that service here is awful. Also, if you are a bit to loud at the tables you will have the security looking you up and possibly throw you out. You are welcome the next day though. There are no ATM machines inside the casino and you can not exchange money at the poker tables. This has to be done at the cashier. Not allowed to tip dealers. Absolutely no promotions and the rake is pretty much the same no matter which limit you play. It is also better to let the dealers know what you are betting before you start moving chips as they will find string-bets in every move you make. The game is not easy going and very strict but if you follow the rules it will be fine. The game is quite tough and there are more good players than bad.
Note: If you have had 2-3 beers before you come to the casino on a Fri/Sat evening they might not let you in. This is terrible.
