This is the only legal poker game within the area. I will tell you now DO NOT EXPECT to find qualified poker dealers or management. Do expect to feel as if you are in a home game. Imagine "Cheer's" where everybody knows your name.
The tournament structure itself is a super turbo.
The following is about the tournaments, not the cash game as I haven't played it since the same dealers who deal cash deal the tournament.
They have two dealers whose mechanics and knowledge of the game are solid. As for the rest, good luck.
The dealer that throws the cards puts at least four or five cards under the rail per down. Delay the game digging them out. Another dealer can't get through a down without flipping four or five cards. Although this is irritating, it isn't the real issue with the dealers.
You have to watch them constantly to prevent mistakes. The most common is when it comes to splitting pots. The can't. It takes between one and two minutes to get a pot chopped and the players have to constantly correct them while the do it.
Endless chatting by the dealers with the locals also slows the game down.
Dealers make floor calls they shouldn't. When you question and call for the floor, the management comes over and tells you the dealer is right. Ok, so the next dealer makes a different ruling and guess what, the management says the dealer is right.
Ask for the rules governing the tournament and you are told they are not allowed to show them to you. They do not follow several of the common industry standards EVERY OTHER room I've ever played in does. And if you bring it up they get all defensive.
One regular made the comment they didn't like playing at other casinos because they "make you play by the rules". She liked it there because she didn't have to.
There is no professional behavior by most of the dealers.
Bottom line if you want a super turbo that becomes bingo in 5 levels, don't care about the integrity of the game , love a home game environment and don't mind the rules changing during the course of play them this is the only place you will find it.
