Exceptional customer service!!!!!

Just got home from the Blizzard/cyclone snowstorm after having a great day playing 2/4NL @Chasers!
They kept the rooms high hand promotion ($800 an hour) running throughout the day despite the blizzard. With the room shelling out a minimum of $800 an hour in promotional money (assuming there are no royals dealt), it's reasonable to assume they did not stay open for the $$$$.
They stayed open for the die-hards because many of them are loyal customers.
I want to thank the ownership and management for putting the players first today.

P.S. The food is great and from what I hear from management a new menu was coming out soon. My only suggestion is that the menu come out soon because the players are looking for a new options..... hint soup of the day differs most days especially with the cold weather
