Definitely the most popular place to play in NH. I've played here 4 times and on each occasion they had a minimum of 10 tables running and twice they were at max capacity with a wait list, including Pot Limit Omaha. It is a smaller concept with low ceiling and a dark, modern color scheme. Lighting is good and equipment is new. Management greets you when you walk in and directs you to cage and table. They did have some strange windows at the cage that made transactions difficult but they've just installed cashier windows to eliminate that issue.
Chips and cards are customized, good quality. Poker tables have USB charging ports at each seat and the chairs are 3 way adjustable, on wheels, and vinyl upholstery. Rewards card offers $0.50/hour (though they are doing $1/hour from noon to 8pm until the end of February). Rewards can be used for food and beverage. A masseuse was added this week as well.
Food and beverage is decently priced and a good quality with a mix of bar food and Asian dishes. Specials were changed 3 times out of my 4 sessions. Waitresses are very friendly and though they can get overwhelmed when the room is full, floor managers are good at getting them to swing by on request.
I don't play the casino games but they have 2 Blackjack, 2 Mississippi Stud, 1 Ultimate Holdem, and 2 Roulette wheels (1 has an electronic display with stats).
Parking can be tight on busy days but I usually park in the back lot of the Barnes and Noble then use a path to cross over to Chasers. The diner next door also closes pretty early so I've parked there too.
Dealers are friendly and most are clearly experienced. Those that are new take it well when a mistake is pointed out.
Wide variety in players. Older crowd, younger crowd. Nits and fish. But 99% are there for a good time with (from what I've seen) very little crying over lost pots.
All in all, definitely the place I'll be choosing from now on. I'm not much for tournaments and while this room does run a tournament 2-3 times a week it definitely doesn't seem to be the primary draw so if you like cash games you'll love it here.
