Tipping dealers and such

@4dcr, in your opinion what makes you feel the way you do? When you won the money did you not tip the dealer or dealers? Often times I believe that people who play either cash or tournaments forget that the dealers are not making a significant hourly wage. Most are well below the minimum wage. Just like when you go out to eat or get a haircut or anything else that people often tip you need not to forget who dealt the winning hand. Now I dont know the situation of which you are speaking but at any rate its highly unprofessional for anyone especially someone in a mgmt position to say what was said in reference to keying your car. At the end of the day just remember the dealers cause they count heavily on tips to make a living.
