Chinook Winds Casino poker room is great if you're looking for a friendly, medium-sized, quiet room with some great promotions. They run tournaments Wed, Thurs, Sat & Sun and during tournaments they offer a two-card royal flush bonus of $200. The DeepStacks Poker Tour also makes a stop here a couple times a year, the last event was in March, lots of action when events are running.
For cash, they regularly run a $3/$6 limit game in the afternoons and through the end of June they're running a promotion every Monday all $3/$6 limit games are rake free from 3pm-4pm. You can also find $1/$3 NL here, mostly before and after tourneys and on weekends.
The hotel is affordable and right on the beach, there is a newer section that I haven't stayed in but I do know in the older section, every room has an ocean view.
Nice little deli right outside the poker room that has great food at good prices and delivers to the room.
