Played NLH holdem tournaments 3 times here. They allow players to have their hand held devices during active hands. I observed the chip leaders at the tables I was on, never looking up from their phones. Making calls, folding and raising, never paying attention to the game. How can a player looking down at a handheld device know when to fold raise or call without looking up?
