I played at this poker room while visiting my Aunt who has a house in Cave Bay not far from this casino. I typically play no limit hold'em but since they only had a 4-8 game going I decided to join in. Over the course of the week I played the 4-8 game and a couple of no limit tourneys. I've got to say, this is one of my favorite places to play poker now. It's totally relaxed. Everyone knows each other, but unlike some other places I've played, they are very welcoming. After I had come in a couple times the staff knew my name and I made friends with several of the regular players there. When there are not enough people playing often the floor manager and dealers play to keep the action going. This might sound fishy but I'm almost positive there was no foul play going on. Usually the table had several solid players and two or three not-so-great players. It made for a profitable week and friends look forward to seeing next time I visit. Also, the tourneys were very well-run. Once a month they have a "big one" with a $150 buy-in and about 80 people show up for it. Currently they are adding money to the pots of the morning tourneys so they get about 30 people for those. Night tourneys are sporadic, sometimes they have them, other times they don't have any entries. PM me if you have any questions!
