4.5-star review here, but I'll round up.
Pros: The room is very clean and smells great, convenient location, the front desk personnel are very friendly/professional/helpful, snack/drink service is good, tables are new and clean, TVs are awesome, the clientele is friendly, and so far I have found CCH to be a very safe environment in which to play.
Cons: Moderate preference on my end for not pulling extra for a jackpot (but I understand), vending options aren't the best (but certainly a big upgrade on no vending options and there is a nice fridge with plenty of drink options), no coffee or microwave currently (but management is already proactive on this and these are likely to be added very soon).
And again, this criticism is strictly at the highest level and solely constructive in nature. You guys are doing a great job! Keep up the good work!
