Update: The dealer made a mistake. Fine. Then he had an attitude about it. Unprofessional! The floor comes over and shows her lack of experience by making a call that is wrong. More unprofessionalism! Every poker room knows verbal is binding. Except for this one. Owners say they are going to create a new practice so this doesn’t happen again. This should not have happened in the first place. My first Review was positive, l clearly gave Bluffs the benefit of the doubt.
