There is more bad than good so I will start with that.
BAD
1. Majority of floor managers are horrendous, very unprofessional. Seem to lack managerial skills and training. However are extremely quick to make excuses and apologize just to keep the complaints down to a minimum.
2. There are several floor managers that use their position to favor certain players when making calls or when sitting players.
3. I hear dealers complaining about specific floor managers and their abuse of power.
4. In general the place is ran in a manner like a home game not a professional business.
GOOD
1. There is a couple of floor managers that are reasonable, impartial, and put a lot of effort at being professional regardless of circumstance or parties involved.
1. Food is generally very good and reasonably priced.
2. Servers are very customer oriented
3. Several very good dealers, professional.
