New dealers who have no idea what to do or how to do it even when guided by the players on the table. Absolute lack of experience resulting in mistakes and frustration.
Players are tolerant up to a point but the frequency of mistakes AND timidity or outright hostility on behalf of dealers forces this review.
It is not fair to the dealers but especially the players when we are expected to train the new people when SOOO much money is on the line.
I cannot recommend this poker room for its action when I would be embarrassed to play there.
This seems to be a long term problem as I have experienced it on each visit and it is seemingly with different dealers each time. Which makes me think that they have a retention issue.

Then December 4th (FLT-A @ 6PM), 5th (FLT-B @ 6PM), 6th (FLT-C @ 3PM), and 7th(re-start for all the winners from flights A, B, and C. battle it out for the $$$) This is a multi-bag event so you can bag each day, but only the largest bag advances. Additional bags that advance will be paid based on prize pool. (ask poker staff for details)
If you register 30min before the tournament start time you will receive extra chips on all tournaments in November!!!
