Dealers are probably the most openly hostile to non-regulars I’ve seen across N. America. Even to those that play here often, and I used to be one, they’re outright rude. I have had to call for a houseman twice to have a pot awarded properly to me.
Management doesn’t really care, readily visible collusion between regulars, hostile dealers. What more could one possibly ask for in a poker room?
