I visited Encore weeks ago and it was an OK experience that left me wondering why all the negative reviews here. Well, on my 2nd trip, now I understand. Dealers: many have no business dealing PLO when they don't understand how to keep the pot. Imagine having a dealer slowly count out a $3000 pot every time some bets pot. In most cases, we were getting no more than 5-6 hands per down. Dealers also very very rude to players on several occasions. They are there to WORK, not to socialize. Also, 4 hour sessions with just one cocktail waitress visit to our table. My Red Card should have allowed me to exit parking lot without paying, but the system could not read the card and it took me 1/2 hour to resolve the situation. Not good. Also do not like the heavy police presence outside the casino. Especially the Everett police command center, like a huge RV, parked across the street. Our we in danger when we visit the Encore? Perhaps Everett was a poor location choice. Thanks Encore but I will be savings all my poker $$ for my annual 4 week summer trip to Las Vegas. Much better value there....
