Great room, probably the best poker room that I ever played in. But, there are opportunities for improvement. Don't call off the list to start a new game when there are open seats at existing games. Maybe add "must moves" to keep the main games full. Fix cell phone reception. AT&T would gladly add additional antennas to provide better service if asked. Getting frustrating that I am unreachable by cell when playing poker. Encore WiFi is also unreliable. Also, accumulated a lot of "phantom dollars" while playing. But, haven't been able to cash any out. Overall, it is a great room and the staff is improving each week. Even the drink service has seen improvement. Still far from great, but better than the first few weeks.
