Overall the room itself is top notch. Seats are comfortable and plenty of TV's. Drink and food service is hit or miss which is a shame. A waitress will go on break leaving your area unattended for a solid hour. Dealers and floor are overall pretty good. Comps are horrible. Poker is one of the few things actually breaking even at Encore, surprised they haven't changed the comps. The amount of money flowing in the poker room is far better than surrounding rooms and that's overall why we here....
