It's a shame that what used to be one of the best poker rooms in the country is now one of the most player unfriendly rooms in the country. Table count dropped by 70% making wait times very long on peak hours. Rake has effectively doubled, from $5 max house rake per hand to $10. F&b services offered slashed to simple drink service, no longer food. Cashier policies are a clown festival of ridiculous policies like not doing any transaction over $2,000, not giving any chip larger than $100, understaffed, and not doing ANY cash outs so players are forced to use other crowded casino cashiers. And of course no poker room staff will run chips for you. What a sad, disgraceful place this poker room has become. I'm glad I no longer play poker for a living, because if I had to endure this to make a living I'd be constantly tilted.
