Either step up to be a 5 star casino with a full array of poker games including cash, large tourneys, and sit n go's with a wide array of games with the same size 74 table poker room or be taxed at the slot parlor rate of 49% vs 25% you are currently are required to pay as a full service casino. You have stuffed high roller slots in the area of the poker room and have closed poker at least temporarily unlike other table games. You are treating the poker player as 2nd class customers.
If you want to have mostly slots then 49% tax rate is your destiny. Time for a few poker halls in state as Encore has not committed to the poker player in MA. It's such a disappointment.
