A friend and I went to Play poker to play poker at Encore and asked to play on same table, the floor said we needed to play at separate tables but put a transfer request in th computer. A seat became available at my table and another floor brought over another and I asked the dealer to call the floor back but she ignored me when the other player asked to deal fast and he was dealt in. I was then told by both floor staff it was too late because he had already been dealt in a hand. The fool and the dealer both ignored my request even though it was entered into to computer. This is no right, we followed the floor rule and had to play at different tables but the they ignore the rules we were told needed to be followed. This was the fourth time we played at Encore and the fourth time we were told the rules and then they broke them. We both left the casino and will continue to play at RI and CT casinos.
