I was playing 1-3 sitting in the ninth seat playing with the 4th and 5th seat. The 5th seat was lifting the cards off the table . The 4th seat was maneuvering himself to see the cards I told the Dealer . The Dealer seen it too so did other players. The floor manager came over she asked the 4th seat if he seen his hand he said yes. Then she asked him what where are the cards he seen. Surprisingly, they were the cards. The guy had in his hand so I guess that's good enough. If the glove don't fit, you must acquit. The correct thing to do is the mock fifth seat cards, face up and go on from there. No I told them how I felt and I got thrown out now I'm going to tell the gaming commission.
