Love the room. It's almost like the casino was built for poker players. Action is great, floor people are knowledgeable, majority of dealers are great and the rest are improving, chairs are very comfortable, USB ports at every seat...the pro list goes on and on
Cons-the worst drink service I've ever encountered anywhere. I've gone 2 hours without a drink on multiple occasions. Sometimes you won't see one and sometimes they'll take your order and never return. Maybe it's time to hire some girls that have experience and just not for their cleavage.
Affordable food options are desperately needed. Poker players play a lot and for long periods of time. Sometimes we need to be able to eat for less than $20.
It's the best room in New England by a mile and I hope it stays that way
