I work in Boston and live on the South Shore and have my choice between casinos. I wish Encore could give me more reasons to go back. Out of their co trol, is the horrible location. No easy way to get to it and seemingly no matter if im coming from qork, home ,weekend or weekday, it always takes over an hour to get there. In their control, are the inconsistent service in all areas of operation. Comps suck, drink selection and beverage service is medicore. Now that parking is free to all, its much harder to find a spot. The low limit games are very easy, which is its saving grace, but bad dealers, long lines at the cage, and an overall general mediocre experience make the Encore Boston the farm league of the Wynn brand. My patience has run out, if you still dont have an exceptional service after 6 months of operating under the Wynn brand, youve failed.
