My worse experience in this casino is that they don't follow the screen timer thoroughly for high hand. My high hand was not paid even it's already past 3 minutes for the next high hand cut off for every 30 minutes. Countdown in the screen is useless. Some floor supervisor lacks customer service orientation. Rude!!!
