Management wants everyone to respect the waiting list but floor staff rewards the list jumpers by letting them stay in game because the dealer dealt them in one hand even when players complain.
Dealers have greatly improved since open but some still need additional training on rules and need to pay more attention to the game rather than chatting or watching TVs.
Beverage staff have improved greatly.
Poker room grill needs better menu
Cage needs to open safety deposit boxes.
Point system needs much improvement.
Promos are very good.
