Remove the High Hand, and Promo from 2/5 NLH.
We're real players. We're not there to get lucky.
Any reasonable player knows that you don't actually win anything from the High Hand, you just get a partial refund for what you put in. Then, you're pressured to tip the dealer. What a terrible system.
