Most dealers and floors at Encore Poker Room are TERRIBLE !!!! Dealers loses control of the table ( they keep forgetting or just doesn't like to keep track of their customers ) Dealers often let customers takes all the time in the world for their breaks (without punching the clock) therefore table are often 6 - 7 handed! What casino lets their floors or their workers using their phones all the time while working?? Some do try and are very professional! But most not! Encore is the only casino when busy and still not busy at the same time! I understand no one is perfect, but one should try to do a good job! Most workers only goes through the motions and collect their pay! I feel bad for all the customers that go there and play and these hard working employees! Lot of BAD apples make Encore sucks and unenjoyable!
