Poker is just not valued at Encore and it impacts every aspect of playing there. Wait times for both cash and tournaments are too long and it's not going to change. There is a clear need for more tables and more dealers but instead slots will continue to get added and the poker tables shuffled to some new and worse location. Waiting over an hour to get a seat at a well run casino should never happen, it's just that simple.
