I play at Encore Boston Harbor enough to recognize the good floors managers vs the bad floor managers. The floor manager named Robert who usually works at night is one of the best in the room. He is extremely friendly, fair and very good at handling escalations. He also, unlike a lot of floors, walks about and picks up the trash on trays. Martin, give this man a raise!!!!
