As many have mentioned, the dealers are improving but I would like to see less chatting with the players and a better knowledge of the rules.
Waitress service could be faster. The floor people are friendly and do a good job of keeping you posted of any changes.
You better be ready to take your seat once your name is called because they move right on to the next person to seat.
When there is a tournament or a special high hand promotion, the place is jumping and they do a good with the crowds.
Lines are a little long at the cage, but once there, they don't have to count it out 3 times like they do at Foxwoods so the transaction is quick.
Basically, I'm happy I don't have to drive 90 minutes to the Woods anymore.
