Was it perfect? No. People always except a flawless experience and somewhat understood but come on people give them a chance to get it right they only been open a week. If you didn't expect any bumps to start then YOU are the problem. Here was my day, no traffic coming in or out was great. Walked into poker room after registering on atlas and a seat was waiting for me at 2/2 plo. Went to cage and got my chips with no problem. Tables are very nice with usb poets to charge phone. Chairs are adjustable and super comfy. Some dealers were more knowledgeable and quicker than others AS EXPECTED. I had major issues with getting drinks as I was forgotten about several times. Not the end of the world, they will get better with each day. The game was very good with a mix of recreational, novice, and a few grinders I recognized from other rooms. Parking was free if you ask for a voucher from floor personnel. 88 cash tables with tournaments coming in September. They take for bad beat without one to actually hit yet. I'm not going to complain as they are going to be doing some super exciting things for the poker world in the coming years. It was everything I expected after waiting 20 years for a real casino in Mass. Please temper your expectations and allow them to get better each day as we know they will. I did not eat at any food establishments but by the looks of it they sure have some nice ones in there. Have fun and give them some suggestions on how they can improve and let's make this the place we all wanted it to be.
