Fortune is an incredibly well run business. They could be just a restaurant or even a doggy daycare. It would still be a great establishment. The food is very good. I haven't attempted this, but I do get cravings for pho at 3 AM. Just knowing they're there to serve pho at 3 in the morning makes me feel secure.
