I've been going to BBCC for a couple of months and find it to be a nice place to spend an afternoon playing poker. But like any small local place there are always things that can improved. The management, dealers, waitresses, and player have all been friendly and helpful.
Sometime the familiarity of the dealer with the player makes them a little less professional then would like but it not something that is a big problem. I'm sure this happens in a lot of small local places where you get a lot of the same people playing day in and day out.
The only other issue I had was one a Friday night when I went to play and all the table in the main room were filled. They put us out on one of the tables in the billiard area. There was a band playing and it was loud making it a little hard to hear the dealer if you need chip/bet counts.
Finally, the general player pool is a bit laggy so if you like a lot of action you are sure to get it.
