Harrah's is one of the better options for poker in AC in my opinion. It's definitely not as nice as Borgata and doesn't have as high as limits as other rooms, but is great value and a very comfortable atmosphere.
The dealers are always very good: fast and friendly. The floor, for the most part, is also very friendly.
Their poker room also has a nice selection of daily tournaments which are good value. They are still usually on the lower side of entrants, 15-30ish. Most of their tournaments, like their cash games are on the lower end of buy in ranges. $60-$100 pending the day (Weekends are higher).
One of the downfalls to Harrah's is the location being away from the strip. If you're wanting to walk down the strip visiting each casino etc, Harrahs will be a Jitney or Taxi ride, however. Although, with this location, it is also very near Borgata and Golden Nugget.
