The staff is helpful, and go out of the way to help newcomers and old hands to boot. They do not crowd the tables, and the chairs are comfortable. A little more expensive tournaments than Harrah's, but the players and the surroundings are much more professional. I believe you will enjoy the experience as much as I. Don't forget that the food at Horseshoe is the best of all the casinos, and the hamburgers next to the poker room are superb. My one complaint would be the short supply of refreshments. Only occasionally do you see one of the ladies who get drinks come by. If this is the worst that happens, then the overall experience was, at least, good!!!!
