I played a tournament today and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a poker room. The dealers were absolutely terrible—every single one of them made multiple mistakes throughout the entire event. The worst part came at the end in a crucial hand when the dealer completely failed to hear me announce “all-in.” He didn’t react, didn’t acknowledge it, and the hand played out wrong because of his error.
Because of this constant incompetence and total lack of attention from the staff, I will never come back to play here again. Avoid this place if you value a fair and professional game.
