I've seen some reviews on here criticizing the tourney structures. Must be from guys who like hyper turbo tournaments. The structures re unreal great and heavily favor the better players. They take a lot of the luck out of it. You can never take it all out but they have done a good job. I've played several tournaments there and the structures are very good for each buy in level. I played a very little cash as there hasn't been much cash action.
As for management, I have had no problem with them.
Dealers...... varies wildly. Most are competent, some are very good, and a couple have been terrible. Expected in a new room.
Overall, I like the place and as far as tournaments go they are having the best, by far, in Houston right now.
