Room is huge, with an abundance of TVs and plenty of space to move through the room. The tables have plenty of elbow room and are all serviced by shufflemaster machines
The tournament schedule is a little weird with respect to starting times for some of the tournaments (ie 1200pm start time) for a few of them. I understand this is done to keep cash games available at their peak times since the cash games bring in more money. But for us working stiffs this eliminates the chance to play in some of their tournaments.
Drink servers are pleasant and for the most party pretty qucik with retrieving any orders.
Dealers as a awhole aree competent and know what they are doing for the most part.
Management is OK. They seem to still have some growing pains and maybe aren't lead as directly or given very clear instructions on how they are supposed to operate. But as a while they are a good bunch of guys and girls .

Overall this is a great room to spend time in and p;ay poker. What I like best is their ability to always have a game running, but what I like least is their decisions on promotions generally.
