Watched a dealer chase a customer out for not tipping. Walked him out the door aggressively and sarcastically thanked him so much for coming and then turned around to his supervisor and complain that the guy stiffed him all night. Saw this happen twice. Most embarrassing stuff I've ever seen in the industry. Dealers constantly talking trash about customers.
