Stopped by Lancer lanes to play some 2-8 (Dealers Choice) spread limit on Friday & 2-20 (Hold-Em) Spread limit on Saturday. I've been to quite a few bowling ally / casino type places before and they (for the most part) all have a lot in common in terms of structure. You have your bowling ally, blackjack tables, poker tables, food & bar, arcade, etc. What sets Lancer lanes apart from other bowling ally / casinos I've been to is the people. For starters the dealers are very professional, humble and just outright down to earth people. As the game progressed into the morning a couple dealers sat down to keep the game going.
Lancer lanes has more of a "homegame" "I'm going out to play cards with the boys" type of vibe than most other places I've been to and that to me is what more card rooms should strive for!
