Feel the need to write this review after seeing so many negative reviews and there is absolutely zero benefit of me doing so. There is obviously a reason this room is the busiest and always has action 24/7... I have been going to Legends for a few months now, as it was right up the road from where I lived. I have moved out to Katy and I wish the poker rooms closer to me were comparable. All the other rooms take a minimum $5 rake per hand, usually $10+ though as it depends on pot size, which ends up being very expensive rather than paying hourly at Legends.
In response to the employees/owners/house players winning players $$$ and leaving table, it is very inaccurate. I know who works there & management/owners, which I will say they do sometimes sit down at a table briefly to keep the action at the tables. But they definitely are not doing that to take players $$ and leave like some people are saying... Sore losers I suppose?
In response to the safety, I personally do not feel threatened but 100% l understand the concerns based off of what has happened in past. There is always 1 security person inside at door & I have always seen 2 more outside that watch you walk back to your cars when you leave. Not sure what the solution to avoid potential robbery would be, but I feel safe there.
Action is good and everyone is friendly from my experience. No complaints and should not have a bad wrap on here.
